Great eco-resort! The cabins are adorable and the whole property is lush and green. Breakfast is fantastic. The resort is not on the beach, but you can walk there in less than 10 minutes. Staff were very helpful. Restaurant has some of the healthiest/tastiest breakfast options I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Few amenities, but it is not a mega resort, so that is to be expected. LGBT friendly. Overall, great stay. Very happy to recommend to all our friends.

Nice design, but smelly..
Very nice location and good design house. They allowed early check in, free pick up/drop off service with a good driver. However, room still has smell, restroom and bathroom share the space so a bit smelly, humid too. Also due to Covid19, they don’t operate restaurant so we had to have breakfast at M Hotel during staying. It was a bit inconvenience. If you want to enjoy fully in this resort, I suggest you to come in dry season, not rainy season. It will be much better for sure.

The room looks exactly like photos on the website. Whole property and amenities are friendly-environmental and that's what I like about this resort. The room I stayed quite noisy since it's near to the main street but it's not a problem if the guest stays in rooms inside (mine is spacious garden room). Staffs are friendly and always here to help you. Would love to back in future.

Mycket fint och mysigt ställe, ett stort plus för den fantastiska personalen som var hjälpsamma och alltid nära tillhands. Bra läge till stranden och gångavstånd till det mesta. Det enda som drog ner vistelsen var att det var inte så mycket ljusinsläpp i rummen samt att det var mycket mygg på rummen...

Liebevoll gepflegte Anlage. Sehr sauber und stilvoll angelegt. Frühstück nach Wunsch wählbar, wird frisch zubereitet. Lärm der Durchgangsstrasse und das nervende Getute der Autos und Roller ist im Restaurant nicht zu überhören.

Comfort stay with good surroundings
Very beautiful and comfort resort, build up natural way, protecting existing environment. Only minus if your villa is nearby road, traffic is very loud even at night. Be aware of cold breakfast options, unfortunately we got food poison. Resort is a bit far from the main city center, but still walking distance to markets, beach and restaurants.

not worth to stay
My gf from China, and It is a popular hotel for Chinese ppl.... so she desperate wanna try it. But our experience was bad. The room they show us is ground floor, but it like a basement to me. It is soooo groomy one window facing outside tht you need to ht i wanna leave immediately. Dun even wanna stay there for a minute. So never book a 1F room if u go. Secondary the breakfast only got 9 choices for u. 4-5 are vegetarian... i really dun understand why they got such a good feedback in mainland China. Btw, the hotel is next to the main road... if u wanna have a relax trip n stay in Phu Guoc, better pick a hotel near the beach ;))))

We were disappointed with our stay at m resort. The rooms did not look like the photos as advertised, we were initially placed in a room that was dark and smelly, but upon notifying reception, Victor (who was great and the highlight of our stay —— thank you!!!) ensured we were moved to another room the next day. The new room was slightly better and didn’t smell as much. Breakfast was really good. But overall the hotel needs better upkeeping and maintenance.

If you're planning on visiting Phu Quoc, M Resort is the place to stay at. We had a wonderful time at the hotel with excellent service, lovely breakfast and clean rooms. When I got food poisoned from something I ate in the city the staff at the hotel helped me a lot and walked that extra mile in order to meet my needs, I was very thankful of their kind help. I recommend M Resort Phu Quoc.
