The staff is polite and couteous. The facility location is beautiful in a quiet area. However the building is old and lack maitenance and it would be nice if !they clean the elevator once awhile!
Lots of people have commented that the beds are hard, they are firm but no different to other hotels we stayed in Vietnam and had no difficulty with sleep. The food is what you would expect from any vietnamese hotel, if you are expecting a traditional full English then you need to stay in Europe.
Our stay was very pleasant and would recommend this hotel to family and friends. Plenty of nice restaurants within walking distance of the hotel with lots of western & vietnamese meals.
Beach and pool area very clean. Only worry was the hotel wanting to keep passports at check in and not just taking a copy like other hotels we stayed in elsewhere in Vietnam.
