"This was one of the most family friendly hotels at which we have ever stayed. Our room was filled with small details that made it enjoyable and inviting for a family with small children. There was a step stool for brushing teeth, padding on corners for safety, and a fun little play area. My 4 year old says the room was "awesome." The staff was continually helpful and kind. Excellent all around!"
"The rooms next to main street could be noisy if traffic is heavy. At the moment, not many traffic in the evening. The restaurant served good and nice chinese breakfast. "

More disappointed to know, there is no GEM appointed to our room. The front desk staff claimed that only villa guest will be entitled a GEM as there are more than 100 rooms in the property to cope with. Can’t help My high expectations of Six senses brand dropped to the bottom as I was wowed by the level of service...
"Suite à ma réservation pour faire une surprise à ma conjointe, j’ai eu la désagréable nouvelle de découvrir que le jacuzzi de la terrasse était vide. Nous avons essayé de communiquer pour arranger la situation avec la réception et d’obtenir un dédommagement, mais aucun geste de remboursement n’a été effectué de leur part. Aucune aide de expédia non plus."
