"The room was clean but the first room smelled like someone had just lit a cigarette in it. Awful. I got a new room. Great. The WiFi code is printed on a card as a “1” instead of ! and it’s a known issue that hasn’t been resolved and the front desk wasn’t helpful until I went up and talked to a new person who told me and then I was able to get on. Not great customer service for sure."

"This hotel is pretty amazing. The room was very comfortable, A/C unit nice and quiet. The breakfast has many options. The Costa coffee brewing machine Le were awesome. They brewed medium roast coffee exceptionally, closing decaf and hot water. If there was a nitpick, it would be the WiFi. I’m sure it was fine, but IHG requires you to log in using an email address, which I will not disclose for privacy purposes. Why can’t they just stay with room number login?"

"My stay was great. Convenient location . Clean and comfy room. I had the suite. No problems whatsoever. Staff were helpful and kept my updated with text messages before arrival which I gladly appreciated. Pool area and work out area was nice even had a clubhouse. Looks like an apartment complex. I would stay again . Thank you"
