Pool was 21 on the weekends, loud music playing, room was a long walk from elevator, room was NOT private. See through shower was not ideal for my daughter & I.

There is a couple of restaurants to choose from and was overpriced; we ate outside of the property, which has great options in walking distance.
The staff was not as pleasant , would not give us the exact amount of their incidental fees. We had a corner room; it was extremely small and awkward. The bed was in the middle of a limited space. There are other options; just make sure you do not choose the corner room. Would not allow us to change to a comparable-priced room that allowed more space. Tight space for sure. We have stayed at W's many times before first time experiencing challenged customer service.

I arrived at 11 p.m and was told the hotel was oversold. They made me go to another hotel about 10 miles away….
This move totally defeated the purpose of my trip.
I have never had this happen before and I hold Hotels.com responsible..and will never use your service again.

We had issues with the ac unit cooling the room. We had two employees come up and check the ac and everything seemed to be working, unfortunately I was unaware the window behind the curtains was slightly cracked which was allowing the cool air to escape. I didn’t discover his window until checkout and I think this is a big reason we were unable to sleep and the room was unable to cool down.
My biggest issue is the access to the pool. We had 16 people staying at the property for the Cowboys game. The doorman “james” refused to let us access the only bar/breakfast area before we left for the game. Also the previous day we had the same issue with the door guy allowing us access to the pool due to us wearing “cowboys” gear. The rules need to be posted or a little more defined especially for guests staying at the hotel.

Some of the staff were often not very friendly and had a lot of attitude. They also misinformed my friends and I several times. Staff also didn't clean our room.
The property was beautiful and Gia at the front desk was very nice. If only her hospitality and professionalism would have carried over to the pool bar. The bartenders were not nice and it appeared to be only towards the only two women of color

The pool has a ridiculous policy that you can not get an umbrella unless you purchase bottle service. There were more than 30 umbrellas stored away and zero shade on a 115 degree day in Scottsdale. There were less than 20 people in the whole pool area and only 2 of us and we were not going to spend $350-400 dollars to use an umbrella.
Later that night we were woken up 3 times after 1am, 2am and 3 am by loud drunk people in the hallway outside of our hotel room.
