All was well till 11.30pm they rented my room #319 to another person who opened my door while i am asleep, i screamed and other person left. And then security guard comes and tells me to leave because I was supposed to check out at 11am earlier in the day ,don't know how i could do that as i had just checked in in the evening. Definitely not a pleasant experience 😕

Location Felt very unsafe. People walking aimlessly around, congregating around and large gate locks you in and out. Barbed wires and what appeared to be gang activity on the same street. Refused to stay, they wouldn’t refund even though I didn’t stay at all.

I hope people read reviews before they book! There’s no refund for anything. I booked a room with two beds and they only had 1 bed available. Office closes at 5 has a security officer they didn’t look like a security officer to help get the room. He told the lady that we had 4 adults when there was 3 but I was not staying. Good thing there wasn’t 4 cause where in the world would we have slept. People do live there it’s not only a hotel

Do not go here! They don't have clean rooms! Roaches and bed bugs. No cleaning service. They had cigarette holes in the blankets. Sheets were stained. Not to mention no elevators, but it's three floors up.

The property is completely surrounded with razor wire. They let you check in between 3pm and 5pm. If after 5, they demand $100 cash deposit. The front office does not open until 8, so you can not get your deposit back until the office is open. I let them know that I needed to leave at 7:30am to get to work and they still made me wait until 7:56 to get my money back. Very unsafe area. Expedia need to look into the properties that they are representing. This is the very first review I have left and I stay in about 75 hotels a year for my work. Mostly through Expedia. I also receded "urgent message from hotel" messages AFTER I booked the room. If a property is not going to be upfront before you book, that is a problem. Do Better EXPEDIA.

I've had problems with the reception is Dina two times since I came here and didn't even do anything I used the wash rag from the motel room to wipe down the room your room or the room that is in here and she charged me $10 for a damage okay first of all it was from wiping up the room your room here at this motel then today I'm sitting here waiting to check out and she's she has to go check the room which I know she's looking for something she said she wanted proof of my service animal which I have no problem giving but it's actually against the law to ask somebody that and then I'm standing here waiting for my deposit back in another man waiting for his deposit and she tells him there's some damage and then she tells me I can't come here anymore cuz I heard her say $5 as well and told her about it and she said you do that cuz you said five dollars so she told me I can't come back here anymore so I would like to speak to a manager my number is 602-391-9162 and if the manager can't settle this or deal with this young girl's attitude then we'll go ahead and speak with the property owners I I spend a lot of money with you guys I'm not a client that's rowdy or abusive or I'm on my business I have my service animal I clean houses so I'm here a lot and cuz I go the closest to where my my appointments are and you know I spend a lot of money here and for somebody to treat me that way it's totally wrong

Review
Made reservations with no problems. Got there 1am and the security guard accommodated me and checked me in. Security was great. I asked for a few more towels with no problem. Very clean. One thing that wasn’t there a small coffee machine for coffer otherwise everything was good. Good value with a fair price. Thank you staff for making it a good stay.

Decent place to spend the night
The stay was fine, but this hotel is pretty bare bones. There is a lot of security with razor wire on the fences, and a closed gate at the entrance. It doesn't seem to have prevented break-in attempts. One of the rooms we had had clear signs that somebody had tried to pry the door open. There were yellowish spots on the towels. The sheets looked clean.

The room itself was ok. The hotel surroundings and homeless camps were very unsettling. I did not stay overnight as there was great concern for my safety.

No wifi and no TV? Is it 2024? Well there is a TV but you have to connect to WiFi for it to work and there is no wifi.

The room smelled. Property was dirty . Staff was not friendly. Had to pay 100 extra for a key and still a week and half later have not been returned to me.would not recommend this place to anyone.

This was the worst ever the hotel manager kept my 100 deposit because she said that my name was put on the reservation as a guest of their guest and not a guest that is occupying the room. She told me that this may have been done on the first day by her employee but she said that she couldn’t get this mistake rectified and will not give me my deposit. She told me that the other person that was on the reservation with me would have to come and pick up the 100 dollars or she will be adding this money to their account that holds al forfeited deposit money. She will not pay me back my money, has no right to this money, she turned it over and forfeited the only cash I have on me. BEWARE DONT STAY HERE

The manger kept my 100 cash deposit because there was two people in my reservation. The Maher told me that on of her staff listed me under the reservation and not as an occupant and because I was listed incorrectly I am not eligible to have my deposit released into my name she said she will only release it to the other girl on the reservation. I told her that the other person on the reservation cannot come down she doesn’t have a card and this isn’t her money to pick up. The manger went on to tell me that I can either leave or she will call the police for trespassing. I was shocked beyond words that anyone could act that way. She never game me my $100 deposit back and she never once tried to help me. This was a HORRIBLE DECISION to stay at this place. NEVER AGAIN.

I do not recommend this property. This is an apartment complex that rents out rooms. There was literally 2 beds in the room. A desk chair with a microwave on it. No lamps. No bed side table. No desk. No fridge. The TV didn’t work properly. Front desk closed at 5 pm. No guests after 10 pm. When we arrived at 4 pm our room was still being cleaned. Housekeeping left. We had no towels. I had to chase them down. There are elevators but they don’t work. The Wi-Fi was useless. Motel 6 is better than this property. I’ll be writing to Expedia demanding a full refund due to false advertising. Appalling. A long term resident was moving out for hours. All you could hear was there suitcases dragging on the tile floor outside of the room. Very noisy. People smoking all over the property. Urine smell in the stairwell.

I appreciate the staff here. They are all pleasant, available and hard working. The room I am in is a 3rd flr King Bed. They have nice TV's good table space, nice sized bathrooms. Beautiful view of the mountains. Its near good places to eat, along a easy bus route, shopping in the area. I was greeted by friendly staff that was eager to help after hours when I arrived. Get What You Pay For
Furniture is very dated, looks like staged furniture. Mattress was box springed so it was super hard and uncomfortable. A/C unit was extremely loud had to talk over my partner.
