The property is very new and updated. Complimentary breakfast was provided daily, and the valet staff were amazing and prompt. Valet parking is available for 40/night which i felt was comparable to other larger cities. I felt the valet parking was worth the cost and the guys did a great job. Front desk staff were always helpful!

We loved the proximity to Chase stadium. Room was clean and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was also great. My family and I were pleasantly impressed and we will be returning.

We loved the location being 3 blocks from the baseball stadium and across the street from the basketball arena. 4-5 blocks from GREAT restaurants. While we didn’t use public transportation, it was right there as well. Plenty of storage in the room, and enjoyed having a mini kitchen. Breakfast provided was decent and loved having the bar open in the evenings.

Perfect clean hotel and within walking distance to Chase Field. Would definitely recommend if going to a Diamondbacks game. Staff was very friendly and hopeful. Would most definitely stay there again.

It was perfect cause we went to a concert across the street. You had to pay 40 dollars for parking at the hotel

Very nice property and in a great location right by the Suns arena and Diamondbacks stadiums. Plenty of restaurant options too. Will definitely stay there again.

We had an awesome experience. Friendly staff, great location, lots of options. We went to a Suns game and the back doors of the arena are right in front of the hotel. It was awesome.

Located in downtown, walkable to restaurants, shopping, sports facilities, etc. Very clean and quiet. I didn’t realize it was valet parking only, no parking lot and very limited street parking. Would definitely stay here again.

Terrible parking set up. You have to pay for valet that only fits a very limited amount of vehicles. We paid the full amount for the service, left and came back to be notified that valet was “full” causing us to park a few streets away & paying a separate parking fee for that lot.

Nice place if you don’t have a vehicle to park…
Hotel was very clean and nice. Room was nice and quiet, even though it’s right across from the Footprint Center. Shower head pressure was good which is usually a hang up for me. Staff was amazing and super nice. My only negative, but a big one, was the parking situation. We picked this hotel as we were attending a concert and it was one of few in the area that had Parking Available listed. They had a valet service which filled up before we arrived due to the event and the parking lot behind was being used for the concert. Signs showed it was $30 to park, but the attendants were trying to charge us $50 since we were hotel guests. We ended up having to park 2 blocks away and walk to the hotel amongst a few homeless folks. Because of this, probably won’t stay here again. It’s a shame as the place is brand new and clean and the staff was amazing, but their hands were tied with the situation.

Everything was good just disappointed with the parking and the cost associated as it sounded like parking was included when I made my reservation. Also there is not enough parking at the hotel and the lots around are also very expensive.
