There was a fire alarm at 10:30pm. The staff appeared to completely unorganized and we're sending guests back to their rooms before the hotel had been checked and cleared by the fire department even though the audible alarm continued to sound. The parking lot was filled with cars and yet there were no more than 20 people outside until the fire department arrived and verified it was ok to re-enter the hotel. This is the reason for such a low "Staff" rating. The check-in and kitchen staff were 5 star
The hot included breakfast was fantastic.
It was very nice and quiet - we went for a long walk in the morning and enjoyed the beautiful landscaping and well-kept grounds. The rooms were spacious and pleasant, although the bathroom was in need of a little repair to the grout. Lovely property!

The room was spotless, and the hot breakfast was above average. I would definetly recomend this hotel and stay again on future visits to Chandler. They are also pet friendly and welcomed out service dog. They do have dog relief areas in the front and back of the property.

It's a nice place. Overall everything is nice. Good place for the rate. The only negative is the pillows are too soft for me

The room was clean, the breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were extremely friendly. Don't let the location fool you. While it seems to be hidden away in an industrial area with corporate buildings, the mall and other shops and dining are only a short drive away. I would definitely stay here again.

für ein by Hilton Hotel würde ich mich schämen.
I placed my reservation online I was not aware nor was I informed of the $150.00 dollar security deposit until I arrived. I think that should be stated in the information before booking.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean and the staff was so friendly. The kids enjoyed the pool every evening, and the pool area was nice and clean. The rooms were quiet and the beds were clean and comfortable. The breakfast served was delicious! There was a friendly, comfortable and welcoming vibe about the place. I highly recommend this hotel when staying in Chandler.
Great friendly staff. Typical room and better then expected cleanliness. Breakfast was good. Price was high but better than most considering it was opening days for the Cactus League.
Room was very tired. Furniture old and many scrapes. Very dusty, in fact I dusted it daily.
Breakfast fair, low on food one day.
Trash not emptied on Sunday or clean towels.
This property was so clean, quiet, and friendly. I so enjoyed the quiet low vibration of the a/c and how wonderfully cool it kept my room. Great breakfast omelette and good coffee. I’ll stay here again and again!
