The property is generally very beautiful. The pool is small, especially on the weekends when the day crowds and wedding parties show up. Our room was large but not in great shape - the sliding doors to the patio were almost impossible to open, one of the bathroom hooks was broken, the tv had a gash in the screen, the in-room refrigerator door was falling off its hinges, and the bathroom sink hot water faucet handle was detaching. You would expect better given the room costs.
The on-premises dining options are good, but a bit overpriced for the caliber of food. Unfortunately, the property is in a neighborhood with draconic traffic regulations (speed cameras, low speed limits, etc.) and nimby community members that make getting into and out of the hotel to go visit sites a chore.
