Im giving the hotel 3 🌟 because the dont have the amenities that are advertised. I booked through a 3rd party and it said breakfast/ restaurant available and also free access to a nearby gym. Completely understanding that the issue could solely be on the 3rd party but at the hotel front desk they have a poster advertising a small menu of food. So i ask them about that menu and its not available either. At this point im confused, if food is not available why keep the poster up. And the main reason i look for hotels with food is because i usually book early tours and excursions and dont want to have to hunt for food early in the morning. Other than that, the room was nice and comfortable

Good standard of room - any small issues (ie. problem with a light and the shower) were quickly and efficiently sorted out. Spacious, clean and well furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great air-conditioning! Staff were very professional and helpful.

Short but good stay

We only stayed one night but it was good. The bathroom is new and clean. The bed is comfortable with different pillow sizes for optimal sleep. It’s pretty well located in PP and we could ride tuktuk easily. Would recommend.

WH Hotel 310 was an overall good place to stay. The staff are excellent and really made the stay memorable. The hotel is located in a safe area with some walkable conveniences such as a mini market next door, coffee nearby, Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum walking distance, and some dining options nearby. The Royal Palace and other major tourist attractions were a short tuktuk ride away. The building was a little older so there were some minor maintenance issues but overall reasonable. Laundry facilities advertised online was only a single washing machine for the entire building but a laundry service was located directly across from the hotel.

This hotel looks good in lobby only. In the room we stay don’t have towels, when we asked for towels they gave us two damp towels. When we asked the next day, they never bring to us. Luckily, I have mine with me. There was only half roll of toilet papers which is not enough for second day. So, I called them they said I can come down stairs to get it. So they don’t even bring it to your room. Even worse, the shower area is flooded. If you shower for 20 seconds, you will stand with flooded floor. When we checker out, they go check the room first to see how many snacks we eat so they will charge accordingly. We did not eat any snacks but it turned out we open one jar of chips and required us to pay. We absolutely sure that we did not open their snack, if we did we would eat them all. Why would we open and not eat? They tried to rob us for little things. I paid for it and dumped it in the trash can in front of them. Never go back to this low standard hotel.

The stay was subpar. The room had a weird smell when we entered and the bed was hard and uncomfortable. It was very noisy, heard cars all night every night. Was also charged for a small food stain that could easily be taken out by the laundry team. Scam.

部屋は広く清潔で良かった。 ただシャワーからはお湯が出ず、排水も悪かった。 深夜のチェックインで１泊だけだったので我慢した。 あと、TVはあったが、何も見れなかった。 本当にただ寝るだけだった。
