This property is Chinese owned and caters to Chinese guest, they tend to be very loud, lack some common manners and they all seem to smoke, in the hotel, rooms, hallways and even in the restaurant. They say laundry service, but they are coin operated machines, which the guest use. Breakfast available and is excellent, but some guest uses their hands to pick their food.

The only concern I have is that I am a vegetarian and was trying to ask morning breakfast staff about that and they couldn’t understand me and Google translate didn’t even have english to Cambodian. Also gym was opening at 10 am and I wanted to get my workout done in the morning like 8 am before breakfast :( and no water in the gym unless you bring it from your room. Overall room was really good (1102), staff at the front desk very pleasant and other service folks very good too. Airport shuttle was a huge bonus for me. Would recommend it to travellers.

The entire hotel smelled like smoke. We requested a Non smoking room and was put in a room that was obvious the previous person was chainsmoking in there. It was poorly maintained, i found hair in my shower when we first checked in. There’s mold everywhere in the bathroom. When you dine in the restaurant, they purposefully keep the air and lights off to save energy. On my last breakfast in the hotel, i literally saw a mouse 2 tables away come in and out several times from under the booth to collect food under the tables and bring food back. Its not walkable. The staff is nice and helpful when they can. Over all, i would not recommend at all.
