The room was really clean and the programs on TV varied. It’s a good location as well. The only complaint is not even about the hotel itself but about the Chinese guests that were really noisy and disrespectful. Great hotel though.

Excellent roof top bar/ restaurant.

This hotel provides a great service and our room was excellent. The roof top bar & restaurant gave us a perfect place to wind down after our busy day trips each evening.

Staff is awesome

My stay was great. The staff was awesome. The bed was alittle too hard for my taste. but aside from that everything was cool. My room had a cool view to the city and the view from the sky bar was awesome as well. The only thing I hated was the fact the wifi was not the best in my room. I had to come to the lobby or the sky bar to get the best fast and strong reception.

Room airconditioning is good. Buffet breakfast food is the same everyday which is boring. Too many Overseas Chinese tourist staying at this hotel everyday making too much noise. Difficult to find restaurants for food nearby. Upset that electric iron is not available.

The hotel room was spacious and clean. The hotel is not in great location though you can hire tuk tuks to go anywhere and they are not expensive. Good for a night stay if you have flight next day. Room service was not great and staff at reception are very unprofessional.

Samnang laor is dating best!

It is a beautiful hotel. The staff are very good and the breakfast buffet is fantastic. The rooms are very big with lots of space. For the price I rate it 9 out of 10. We really loved our stay there. Would go back any day

A nice quite are

2 little blips, the tuk tuk did not turn up and my name was not on quest list. An admin error BUT the room was huge clean and great. NO complaints at all. The trips were arranged with the same driver, ask for TUK TUK 4. He is great.

私は二階の部屋でしたが、壁が薄いのと冷蔵庫裏に穴があるため廊下や隣の部屋の話し声や足音がうるさいです。 しかし立地はかなりよく、従業員も親切でフレンドリーです。他人に勧めるかは微妙ですが、また宿泊すると思います。

Great Hotel just outside city centre.

We had an upgrade on our room which was amazing. The room was very large with a big ensuite. We were on the top floor overlooking the city. The room was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Close to everything.

Room was dirty, was not sweep behind furniture, found crickets in our room. Bathroom had a foul odor. Sheets were stained and pillows did not smell clean.

Very basic hotel in a non good area

Hotel staff completely cloudless of what they are doing. Breakfast very poor with very few choices. The area is not central and walk distance far from everything. There is a little spa with four jacuzzi that is a little plus but the impression that gives you the whole hotel is of a rundown hotel. I guess there are better hotels in Phnom Penh

Great choice

The staff is friendly and helpful. They will help you with any tours you want or transportation to other cities. They speak english. Free Breakfast was very good and the view from the restaurant if great. Highly Recommended.

Samnang Laor

For the most part we enjoyed our experience. Within walking distance to multiple areas including the Genocide museum. The biggest negative was the air conditioning. It did not work that great - I woke up sweating on several occasions. Other than that, enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was pretty good with lots of options.
