Disgusting Hotel don't stay here

Absolute horrible hotel and do not stay here it's unfortunate because the rooms are nice bathrooms are modern and the breakfast room is not bad however almost 90% of the clientele at this hotel is from China and they are allowed to smoke everywhere including your room so the chances of you being assigned a smoking room is very high. Smoking is allowed in the hallways in the lobby, and in the elevator. It's disgusting and cannot be tolerated by most western Travelers

Didn’t like: I had booked 3 rooms. Two rooms were in excellent condition. One of the rooms had bad air condition and it wasn’t cooling. They changed the room, the same issue existed and it wasn’t cooling. We complained and the offered another room, but by then it was time to leave in the next morning. I complained to the receptionist and ask her to tell the manager for some refund, but never heard from him. Good: Good facility, dining and laundry facilities. Rooms were clean and nice, except one room with air conditioning issues mentioned above.

Nice hotel..could have been even more impressive

The hotel is brand new with wonderful new technology..which was impressive. We were a little taken with the cockroaches we found in our room after coming back from dinner though..did not expect that from a five star hotel..but the customer service was quick to respond to rectify things by moving us and apologies..was impressed with the recovery.

This hotel was very modern. Staffs were very friendly and tentative. The airline missed 2 of our luggage the staff helped us called the airport to get an eta. Laundry facility was great. One day we woke up and didn’t have hot water we called the front desk and not 5 minutes someone knock on the door the check. We went about our ways as we had planned. When we got back in a couple of hours it was already fix. We loved this hotel and we will definitely stay here next time we are in Cambodia. We have already recommend this hotel to our family who have plan to visit.

很好的體驗

服務人員很親切並快速完成，房間也很乾淨，設備很新，電梯有持卡管控比較安全不會有閒雜人等進來，唯一美中不足就是sky吧晚上聲音太大會吵到11樓的睡眠，建議晚上10點以後音量要調小不要影響到樓下層的休息。
