"Noden is a wonderful modern accommodation in a beautiful building with significant unobstructed stunning views of Phnom Penh throughout. Generous-sized rooms with solid construction and enjoyable ambient lighting makes it feel like home. The rooftop pool is so wonderful, along with the sitting areas around it. Huge gym has updated and useful equipment. The management and staff are most professional and eager to be helpful. Definitely would return again!"

"I liked this little hotel a lot. It’s located in a beautiful building with high ceilings. The stuff were all extremely helpful and friendly. I recommend this place and hope to come back one day. I took tuktuks to go to the palace etc but it’s also in a walking distance. In the open air bar you can get a beer or another drink in the shade of a tree. "

"I had a very enjoyable stay at Arthur & Paul in February 2025. Check-in was simple and straightforward, and my luggage was carried to my room. The room was very comfortable and clean and I enjoyed using the outdoor balcony. The included sauna and steam room are a fun place to relax in the evening. The swimming pool is a pleasure to use as is the hot tub where it is mandatory to be naked. The included breakfast was delicious. "Silver Mounts is perfectly located within walking distance to many attractions and the Mekong River esplanade. Lots of restaurants and cafes around the hotel. Well appointed rooms with electric kettle and coffee, mini fridge, hair dryer, comfortable bed, AC. The staff are friendly and helpful. Great price for this hotel!"
