ฉันไปพักที่นั่น1คืน พนักงานต้อนรับพยายามสื่อสารดีมาก เค้าดูแลแบบให้ความเป็นส่วนตัว จัดเตรียมอาหารเช้าและเเขกพิเศษของฉันเปนอย่างดี โดนไม่มีต้องการเงินตอบแทน เค้าเป็นกันเอง และมีมารยาทมาก พยามบอกแหล่งท่องเที่ยวอย่างเป็นกันเอง หากฉันมีโอกาสจะกลับมาพักแน่นอน

親切なスタッフ

出張で滞在するために泊まりました。朝食付きで、スタッフはとても親切でした。事務処理で少し誤りがあり、領収書の再発行を何度もお願いしましたが、ホテル側の間違いであることを認め快く対応してくれました。

Grei hotell, med kraftig forbedrings potensial

Oppholdet var akseptabel, men det kunne blitt langt bedre. Hovedproblem er at prisen som jeg ga for rommet, samsvarte ikke med forventninger. Renhold var ikke bra nok, ansatte mangler opplæring (managment problem), design og innredning i rommet er ok, men bør vedlikeholdes. Frokost veldig enkel, men konkurrende hoteler i lokal område for den samme prisen tilbyr langt bedre "value" for penger. Med andre ord, det er få ting som kunne utgjøre forskjell og skape en bra opplevelse.

スタッフの対応はいいが、施設は残念。

1階のいちばん入口に近い部屋でした。1面の窓は隣の建物がすぐ迫っていて、もう一面はダイニングエリアに面しているので、どちらも開ける気にならず、少し残念。ダイニングエリアに池があるからか、蚊が多かったです。スタッフは親切に対応してくれました。

カンボジアに来る時は毎回利用しています。深夜到着の飛行機で、タクシーを用意してもらい、安心して泊まれます。このタイプのホテルでは、値段も妥当だと思います。

Simples, mas quarto e staff muito bons.

O hotel fica numa rua silenciosa da cidade mas afastada dos principais pontos turísticos. Mas isso se resolve com os tuk tuks na porta do hotel (Killing Fields + S-21 (Tuol Sleng) por USD 17 o tuk tuk. O quarto foi excelente, bem espaçoso e limpo. O café da manhã deixa a desejar pois é muito simples. Internet funciona bem. O restaurante do hotel não funciona e por isso, só comi fora do hotel. Há alguns bons restaurantes logo na esquina. Se for comprar bilhetes de ônibus da Giant Ibis uma facilidade é que a van que faz o transfer gratuito passa em um hotel bem próximo do Jasmine (Franjipani Villa 90), que fica a poucos metros do hotel. Um ponto positivo é o rapaz da recepção que é muito atencioso e faz de tudo para tornar a estadia a melhor possível. Ficaria novamente nesse hotel.

混沌とした街の静かなホテル

大通りから入ったところにある小規模なホテル。昼夜問わず静かで、快適に過ごすことができました。施設自体は決して新しくはないものの、清潔に保たれており、不自由することはありませんでした。コストパフォーマンスの良いホテルだと思います。

Quiet hotel with good value for money

Nice villa in a quiet place not far from Monivong Bvd. Everything works properly (warm water, toilet, WIFI, bed ok) Breakfast is poor. Better to choose a bedroom which faces to the street otherwise natural light is very limited That being said, nice hotel.

For business, I stayed for seven nights. I extended my stay here since the hotel is just comfortable and lovely. - Located in BKK1 area, the hotel is convenient for travelers and business persons as well. - Lovely breakfast for free. Though there are only four choices for breakfast, good enough for me to start a day. - Near BKK market and several restaurants, I do not have any problems on food and shopping. - Kind and friendly staff with no English issues. - The building is old and small but kept decent with lovely interior designs. - The lovely patio is useful to have a guest and for a meeting with clients. - Free bicycle rental. - Wifi issue, occasionally. - Mosquito issue but staff gives pyrethrum coils, if asked. The hotel offers the best services with the reasonable price:) 仕事の出張で滞在しています。渡航前に七泊を予約して、気に入ったのでそのまま延泊しています。 - バンケンコン１にあり、市場やレストランも周辺にあり便利です。 - 旅行者にもビジネス出張にも使えると思います。 - 朝食がおいしい！4種類しかないとネガティブな書き込みも見ましたが、無料で十分美味しいです。活力になります。 - スタッフはフレンドリーで、英語も大きな問題はありません。 - 建物は古く決してきれいではありませんが、清掃は行き届いていると思います。 - 個人的にインテリデザインのセンスが好きです。 - お庭に朝食をとったり、くつろげる椅子や机があり、打ち合わせをする際にも使っています。 - 無料で自転車を貸し出しています。これ慣れてくると使えます。 - Wifiがつながらないことがごくたまにありますが、スタッフは一生懸命復旧しようとがんばってくれます。 - 蚊が多いです。これはホテルの問題ではないところもありますが、言えばスタッフが蚊取り線香をくれます。 - たまにゴキブリでます。。 良い点も悪い点もありますが、全体的には快適で非常に気に入りました。宿泊料金を考えるとベストバリューを提供していると思います。

静かで素敵なホテル

妻と二人で４日間滞在。立地はセントラルより離れているところなのですが、喧騒を離れ静かに過ごせます。夜に食事に行くことを考えると近くは暗い場所が多くて怖い方もいるかもしれませんが、治安は悪くありません。朝食は単品や飲み物付きの４つのセットなどから選べます。スタッフの対応は非常に良く、安心していろいろお願いできるスタッフばかりです。ホテル設備について、部屋は広く天井も高く非常に快適です。毎日の清掃も良くされており快適に過ごせました。アメニティーは必要以上のものはありませんが十分だと思います。２階のフロアにテラスがあるのですが、毎朝そこで仕事のメールなど行ったりしてましたが非常に心地よくできました。それと朝食もそのテラスに運んでもっらって食べてましたが気持ちいいですよ。人気のリバーサイドも良いですが、この価格でのパフォーマンスは優れており、静かにのんびり過ごす方にはおすすめのホテルです。

Nice stay but been in better.

For the money you spend here you can definetly get something nicer and closer into the main part of Phnom Penh. The actual room is nice but the other facilities of the hotel are really run down. It's really in the middle of nowhere and you have to get tuk Tuks everywhere which adds to the price. A little bit expensive for what it is.

落ち着いた場所

　プノンペンでも長閑な地域です。二階のテラスはジャスミンの花があり、夜は快適でした。 　リバーサイドやセントラルマーケット付近に滞在することが多かったので、立地は気に入りました。スタッフの対応も親切です。
