"Great location in central Phnom Penh with walking distance to many attractions but still quite at the hotel. Staff is so lovely and service minded, always with a smile. Rooms are good and have everything you need. Only negative thing about the room is the bed is really hard. Overall a great stay and very good value for your money. Read some other rewrites about women not feeling safe. As a solo female I felt 100% safe at the hotel at all times. Room door have beside a lock also a security chain....

"Nothing like the pictures show. We book one of the nice new looking places and without mentioning anything to us, he gives us the worst room in accommodation history. We booked for 2 people, and it's a 1 bedroom room, but not just that, it honestly looked like it could all crumble in seconds. "The room was large, the bed was comfortable and the location was great. However, we had several days without hot water, there were a couple bugs in the room and I received dozen flea bites in the first couple of days. While the rooms have been upgraded, the hallways have not and the carpets were grungy, and hallways had poor lighting. If cleaning were stepped up and hot water guaranteed we’d stay again. Staff were responsive when asked to change furniture for fleas, but did not communicate hot...
