"Pool was cold and the jacuzzi was out and of action. Another issue was difficulty in contacting the hotel for pick up at Wood Island,so we mostly used UBER or went to Beach mont and walked the mile or so to the hotel. Breakfast was good, rooms quiet and beds comfortable"

"Good proximity to the airport with a shuttle. We had a 3 day stay and the room was cleaned only once. TV channel selections very limited and we could not watch the Boston Celtics play off games at all. A train stop was right outside of our room at a crossing and every time one went by late at night and very early in the morning the horn would blast non stop. Made for a very poor sleep."

"Wonderful staff, helpful and friendly, easy to get to, just a short walk from the Alewife stop on the T, and good value for money. Had problems with the a/c though (very hot in the night as the a/c kept cutting out) and the floors were warped in our room"

"Room was clean but thought it was weird that there were no trash bags in the bins. Wish there were plug n close to the bed rather than across the room. Breakfast was a good variety but hot food was cold/warmish. Only juice option was orange juice. Over all not a bad stay"
