The first time we stayed everything was perfect, bed was comfortable and TV and refrigerator worked fine. The 2nd time we had to wait for maintenance to come fix the TV, the bed wasn't as comfortable and it made a lot of noise lol but overall our stay was good.

Room was clean and smelled ok, only 2 issues; comforter had burn holes on it and should had been replaced and the hot tub water pressure was terrible especially at 5am, it took over 25 mins to properly fill in order to turn the jets on.

When we got there, we were given a room that was already taken. It was taken care of and we were upgraded to the Jacuzzi room, but we weren't able to use the whirlpool due to the drain stopper not working. We figured we let it be since we just wanted to spend our time together.

This is a nasty place for any human or pet to stay in. The bathroom had paint peeling. Asbestos in the bathroom was not able breath in the room. Roache infected.

The room can use some improvement, especially the bathrooms. The paint was peeling off the wall. In the room one of the ceiling lights was out. Did spot a roach and it was cleaner then last room I had. They should hire me to clean, I'll leave the rooms spotless. I'm serious too!!!

Cigarettes, noise, shanty...

The rooms are extremely unhygienic! Cigarette smoke hits you in the face once you enter, the bed covers have holes in them from ciggarete burns among others. The noise is unbearable too. This place shouldn't advertise on your platform, its an insult to your good name and good service.

This is an hotel i first booked with my family and getting to the hotel we couldn’t sleep there and immediately my family requested for cancellation and refund. They paid my family back his money but I have not received my own refund. We had to look for another hotel that night b4 we got a better one called Hyatt hotel

The room was so dark, drab, & felt like a cold prison. No rugs, spigot on tub didnt work so good. Bed felt & sounded like it was gonna fall apart. Just uninviting. Tub took forever to fill.
