Really liked the underground parking. The room was really clean the beds comfortable. Not the best food but the staff was the absolute best!!👍

The hotel had a fire alarm go off at 2am due to a guest melting something in the microwave. While I do know that the hotel themselves did not create the hazard, that is between them and that guest. I asked what the hotel was going to do for me and my family for being out in the cold for about an hour and having interrupted sleep due to this issue and they had zero answers. I then gave the manager an opportunity the following day to make things right and nothing. I told them that this review would be written and they didn't seem to care. If you want a hotel that cares about you, I do NOT suggest this location.

Property was very noisy and difficult to sleep. The TV was terrible. There was no guide on the TV and the station identifications, did not match the channel. Thus it was too difficult to go through every channel to find what you wanted to watch. Rooms were also very difficult to regulate temperature. it would get very cold and then get very warm. No problems with service or cleanliness, just overall the stay was not real enjoyable.

No hot water and the heating/cooling unit was clearly broken and very loud. We mentioned to front desk in the morning before heading out for the day. When we got back we expected we’d be in a different room but instead they said they fixed the issues. We got to room, had hot water for 1 person to take a shower for about 5 minutes and then again there was no hot water. The heating unit also was no quieter. We were leaving the next morning and were exhausted from all we had done that day so didn’t bother complaining again.

Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Hotel was clean and modern. Great to have EV chargers in the basement. Only negative, my wife found the coffee to be basically water, but that may have been a fluke. Outstanding property.

We've stayed here before, and we really enjoy everything about the facility/area. When we checked in this evening, we parked the car at the front door as it was raining. It was extremely slippery, as there was some sleet. Just watch out for that- I wouldn't want any guests to get seriously hurt

The toilet was constantly making noise. The heater was randomly making very loud noise, sounding like an airplane taking off. For these reasons refund should be issued. I was there with my family so I could rest, as I had to drive 9 hours next day. i was very upset. Also the bathroom sliding door was broken, the door was off the railing, so there was a big opening on both sides, exposing the bathroom, no privacy, room smelling poop. Totaly unacceptable.

the water pressure was so weak in the bathroom sink faucet that it was almost impossible to rinse off my toothbrush. It was little more than a trickle.

Unfortunate experience
Blood on toilet upon arrival. Asked housekeeper to come and clean it again. She used a dirty rag to recipe the toilet. Then I asked for a clean rag and spray saying I would be happy to clean it myself. At that she did clean it properly with a fresh rag and spray. Check in at 3:00 rooms weren’t ready until 3:45

Wonderful staff that were helpful and friendly. Also greatly appreciated the cold bottles of water near reception. The shop had good options for late night drinks and snacks. Good breakfast at a fair price.

Check-in took forever with only 1 person in charge. The bar was very crowded with loud screaming people. We had a terrible night sleep with loud adults screaming in hallways (at some point fighting?) at various times until early morning. I wish the hôtel reminded their drunk guests to be respectful of other guests.

I have stayed at this hotel since it opened several years ago and until this current stay I have been impressed with everything. The facility has lost its original crispness, worn carpet in the elevators and in 2 floor hallways, room air conditioning front cover adrift, cheap toilet paper and a variety other other items that require attention.

Minha avaliação baixa foi devida a dois fatos que ocorreram. Primeiro que a arrumação do quarto deve ser solicitada. Solicitei no meu check in. Quando cheguei no dia seguinte no quarto a arrumação não foi feita. Solicitei que fizessem, mas não tinha mais funcionário para esse serviço. Outra coisa que aconteceu foi que meu banheiro no saia água fria. As torneiras de agua fria saia água quente. Era quase impossível tomar banho. No dia seguinte pedi para consertarem e nada foi feito. No meu check out pedi para falar com o gerente que não estava no local. Ficou de me ligar, mas não me retornou.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and the hotel itself was clean and comfortable. Our complaint were the barn yard type bathroom doors, which do no close all the way, there was no cold water only hot in the shower and sink, and the ac unit was very loud.

Property apparently needs some upgrades. Bathroom door handle was loose and kept falling off and no cold water at all. For the amount of money paid I would have expected nicer accommodations

While the hotel is very pretty, safe and clean it definitely has some issues. My first room had a broken air conditioner so called the front desk and was given another room. As there was only one staff member in the hotel I had to go to front desk for new keys and move all of my items to another room that was at the far end of the hotel. The second room had a shower that was scalding. No cold water at all so sort of took a sponge bath. Told the front desk and was told someone would be up to fix it. Never happened. I was told I could change to a third room but opted to bag that. Front desk thought I should be comped a night but manager said no so I can’t really give this place my usual excellent review
