everything was as shown on the website, which is rare. the place was immaculate and the staff could not have been better. so friendly and helpful even though i could not speak any Thai. it was great. if i come back to Phayao i will definately stay there.

KM Kwanphayao Hotel
For the price the hotel was good. I had a room on the top floor with a view of the lake. The bathroom was clean, but as usual, Asian style with no barrier between the shower and toilet. Breathtaking views from balcony. Very friendly manager who showed me multiple room so I could choose what suits me best. And we had a wonderful chat during breakfast! As I visited in what appeared to be a lower season with fewer guests, the rooms would have benefited from a bit more care.
