Fridge, tea kettle and all necessary amenities like plates, cups, spoons and forks, and separate table available to have a breakfast or drink some vine with friend. Air-conditioned but it was not necessary to use in the night because we just left windows open to have fresh air."

"On photos the guest house looks good. But in real life it a very small room (about 2.5*3.5 sq.m) including bathroom. One more thing: it's situated on the basement floor, so don't expect any beautiful views from your window. Also, the service is a bit poor.
