"There was a reservation for 2 nights for a non smoking bed. When they checked in the first night they had nothing left but stinky and absolutely disgusting rooms. My friend is allergic to any kind of smoke and had a very bad experience with the hotel room. The clerk stated that they may have a room or two that they could look at and when they were on the third floor and no elevator his wife is not able to get up there.
