"The location was good but both check in, and check out quite slow. One of the people at the front desk did not speak English. Some signs of aging such as older bedding, chips in paint, and once out of the 2 days there was no hot water in the shower, some small spots of mould as well. Staff in the kitchen friendly but the restaurant overpriced."

"Excellent location (centric but relatively quiet). The staff was attentive and the breakfast was reasonable. The AC was not great--I'm not sure I would want to stay here in the summer; maybe if they added an electric fan. Considering the price, awesome place."

"My stay here was unfortunately very disappointing. On the first day, there was a gas leak on Sunday, and I was told it couldn’t be fixed that day because of the weekend — but no one ever came to fix it afterward, which made it impossible to use the stove during my entire stay.
On top of that, both the kitchen and bathroom sinks got clogged, and one of the electrical outlets actually melted while I had the heater plugged in.

"I enjoyed my stay at this property! The staff were very accommodating-I booked 1 night with Expedia and had another night booked with a tour group. I sent a message on Expedia letting them know I had 2 different reservations and asked if they could put me in the same room for both nights and they graciously accommodated me! I’d definitely stay here again."

"No complaints about the hotel itself. It is centrally located and well maintained with many luxury items available. It would be nice if they had a refillable water station with filtered water available. My only other feedback is that in general, I found the staff to be fairly unfriendly and was surprised because every in Peru is super friendly."
