"The front desk staff were in a terrible mood. When I checked in, the person was completely expressionless, and at check-out, the person had a really bad attitude. I asked about what it says on the key card holder regarding members being eligible for a short late check-out. They bluntly told me, with a sour face, 'not on weekends.' However, the best part of the hotel and the friendliest faces were the kitchen ladies. They had an amazing attitude! Other than that, the rest of the hotel was very clean and well-located." Breakfast super super good."
