"All good, very clean and very convenient , location is nearby MRT and One Utama shopping mall"

"Great location! The hotel is attached with Pyramid mall. The room is spacious and fully equipped with all the amenity. It's easy to go to Sunway university through the mall and the overhead walkway. "

"My room was stink with cigarette smell. Ask to change the room but no availability. The hotel supposedly is non smoking but it was not the case. Just got housekeeping to spray some air fresheners… very disappointed"

"It was a great hotel very clean and well maintained. Rooms were spacious but the walls needed a paint job for sure. The staff were less motivated room cleaning was always done closure to 5pm not ideal. But the swimming pool and gym was a good touch and location is great as you can get a cab to Sunway Pyramid easily."

"Good location, many food stalls around. Near to Sunway piramid."

"My first time staying at this place and it did not disappoint. Has all the basic amenities and more. Will stay there again for short trips"

"Hotel refuse to give breakfast. We had paid 1night then void 2nd night. Please check contract? "

"Good"

"アメニティは何もなく、タオルも使い古した感じで、建物自体もロビーもきれいでなかったのですが、部屋の中はクーラーがキチンと作動し、熱いシャワーのお湯はいつも使え、シーツなど最低限の清潔さが保たれていたので、コストを抑えて寝るだけの部屋を探している人には大丈夫かなと思います。"
