"Fine hotel, but there’s room for improvement. Was traveling with my friend through Romania and this hotel was one of the less service minded. When we checked it the reception guy had limited English skills. Even in the restaurant there was lack of communication skills. But we manage to order anyway with pointing on the menu card :-) I would suggest the restaurant to welcomes their guest instead of looking scared at “English people” breakfast felt awkward. "Nous avons été très déçu de l’accueil… arrivé à 15h30 après 10 minutes d’attente nous sommes dans l’obligation de les appeler pour leur dire que nous sommes là. Déjà nous trouvons ça très boff, à 16h30 nous voulions leur demander de venir nettoyer la salle de bain car pleins pleins de cheveux dans la douche par terre etc et bien toujours personne a l’accueil et j’ai oublié de préciser qu’il ne parle pas 1 mot anglais seulement roumain… le monsieur nous explique lors de notre arrivée que le petit...

"Hotel muito bom e com uma área de spa que fez toda a diferença para relaxamento. Café da manhã excelente. Bom atendimento. Confortável. Só o estacionamento que estava lotado devido a época do ano mas estacionamos em frente do outro lado da rua sem problemas. Croissant e espumante no check in, para quem chega de viagem é muito bom! Gostamos muito de tudo! "
