The rooms are exceptional! Newly remodeled, beautifully decorated and very clean! Large TV, nice glass door fridge, and very comfy beds. Staff was amazing. The shuttle drivers truly awesome and I hope our tipping reflected our appreciation. Can't wait to stay there again.

Everything was perfect from the first moment we arrived. Friendly staff always looking to help and make sure everything is going well. Great location only steps from the downtown restaurants and shopping. Great views from the rooms and the property of Traverse Bay

Everything was very nice. I did not take advantage of any of the amenities outside of our room. I was disappointed that I was charged a nightly resort fee of $21 for each day that I stayed. We did not take advantage of any of the other amenities such as the pool tennis courts or exercise room. I ...

บอร์ดวอล์ค สวีท แอนด์ เรสซิเดนซ์ บาย คาซา
This is the second time staying at the Boardwalk. Different rooms both times. This time the room was just not as clean as the first time. Dirty dishes were put back in the cupboards and we had to re-wash and there was a lot of hair in the shower that was left from previous tenant.
