Happy Anniversary (and a free upgrade)
Amazing property in Perth. Booked a King Bed studio with view and upon check-in, were upgraded to one of the Ritz's few large one bedroom suites. Probably helped we stayed midweek, but was incredibly appreciated. Excellent breakfast included also, staff were excellent.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, every little detail thought of. Staff and service was impeccable. Beautiful views with shopping, restaurants and public transport all walking distance.

Overrated
Not worth the money, overated. Check in was underwhelming. Overall the hotel is pretty but lacks ambience and average hotel experience. QT is way better

The hotelis well situated in an attractive part of the city with lovely views over the river. Our room was well designed. Room service was very slow and sometimes it was difficult to locate a concierge.

From the very first contact it was clear that the customer was most important. It was our 26th anniversary and the team (especially Sibel) made everything so special, with good communication, prompt responses and a thoughtfulness. I wanted flowers for my wife and they organised the most beautiful 12 red roses for me with a hand wriiten card. The songbird roof top bar was closed, but to not have us miss out on the experience, they organised two signature cocktails to be waiting for us in the room as we arrived. This was not all, we also recieved had a cold bottle of bubbly as a celebratory gift from the hotel. The room was stunning, the views across Elizabeth Quay breath taking. The cleanliness was superb, the bed comfortable and the bathrooms to die for. The facilties were next level with an incredible heated infinity pool and various spa treatments on offer. Check in and check out were fast and easy with beautiful staff treating you like kings and Queens. The food and drinks at Hearth restaurant were amazing, with quality produce, attentive staff and a woderful ambience.I could talk forever about this wonderful stay, best thing just do it and experience being treated and feeling like royalty. This is truly an incredible experience.

The hotel itself is lovely. The rooms are a good size, the beds are comfy and the decor is nice. I do think it’s overpriced though. You are definitely paying for the name of the hotel rather than the quality. There are just as nice hotels in Perth that are more cheaper. Saying that, I would definitely stay here again but only if there was a deal going. It’s a little expensive

Beautiful room
Beautiful room with fantastic views overlooking Swan River. Had everything you need in the room. Only extra I would have liked was a closeup makeup mirror. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Ritz Carlton Perth
Sensational hotel with a perfectly maintained room. Excellent views of city and river. Gift in room for our anniversary was appreciated. The negative - noisy aircon disrupted sleep so turned off. Blinking light on automatic window blinds was annoying. Given the cost of the room there was no complimentary water in the room which thought was a little inconsiderate. Hotel facilities were excellent and staff friendly. All in this property is recommended.

They check in staff were amazing. Room was stunning. Couple of rips in the blinds and sheers but nothing major. We didn’t get a turn down service which was disappointing as our room service dishes were still in room when we returned from our evening out. Next morning when they delivered breakfast, they didn’t clear away the dishes from the day before which were in clear view of our server. It was just those little things from a 5 star hotel that were a miss for us.
