"Rooms are as quality as Holiday Inn Express or similar type hotels. Staff is very attentive. Breakfast offers a very good selection, but occasionally it's too salty/cheesy. The casino is very clean and offers some free play for staying, so it's a nice perk. Restaurant is good, but snack bar was average. Safe parking. A good, fun alternative to staying at a regular hotel (much cheaper than Buffalo hotels and convenient for parents dropping off/picking up college kids). And the first few times I won enough for it to be free!"

"Our room had no soap in the shower or for the sink. There was no ice bucket. When I called the desk, she told me she couldn’t leave the desk. I went down and she found me some soap, but no ice bucket. Finally one of the floor attendants got us one. We stayed 2 days, when we’re gone for the day and came back our room was not cleaned, no new towels. I asked about this and they said I needed to request to have the room cleaned. No one told us this at check-in. I had to ask for towels since they only gave us one bath towel to begin with. The front desk staff was very unhelpful. I would not stay there again or recommend to anyone"

"Had a good stay at the La Quinta Inn in Batavia. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I really liked the bed. The location worked well for me since it was about an hour from Niagara Falls and around 30 minutes from Rochester where I attended a graduation. Breakfast was decent — the usual bagels, eggs, juice, fruit, etc. Nothing fancy, but everything was clean and good. Also convenient area with coffee shops and restaurants nearby. A special mention to Ganesh at the front desk — he was very helpful, courteous, and welcoming during my stay."
