"The hotel is very outdated & needs a refurb, the fixtures in the bathrooms & also in the communal areas look rather old. the property & amenities including coffee shop, bars, pools etc look tired, dull & boring. This should be rated as a three rather than five star. There was a party on the communal area which was very loud, which is not what I signed up for when I booked a weekend away. The food was average."

"Hotel très confortable, bien situé, au calme. Les prestations sont de tres bon niveaux (confort et taille de la chambre, salle de bain, piscine, petit-déjeuner, climatisation efficace, personnel attentif et aidant), peut-être pas au niveau d'un 5* en france. "Excellent. Great location, not too far from the airport and very close to bus station and railway station. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Dinning ,great menu. Hotel has its own cars for sight seeing. Very secure. Shiv Kumar was extremsly helpful in planning sight seeing itinerary. Abhinesh, driver was great and service provided was sbove and beyond. Very pleasant reception desk and great house keeping. "
