the hotel are is perfect and all the sunrroundings are quiet , nice and safe, however hotel is not my choice anymore, reservation was very rude and avoid to help me cancelling even when I request cancellation in advance like a 25 dias before checkin , hotel is clean but rooms beds was very small and they have more choice in the area that probably treat clients in a very smart way.

Stayed 1 night during a work trip and would be glad to come back and stay @ this place. Expect noise and traffic around the area but it’s obvious due to the hotel being at downtown, but once you’re inside the hotel you feel safe and quiet. Delicious breakfast by the way.
