Por el dinero que cuesta hospedarse en el Gran Hotel Pereira existen opciones que agregan más valor. Me tuvieron que cambiar de habitacìón el segundo día de mi estancia pues no funcionaba el aire acondicionado y pase la noche incòmodo.

Rude ladies at reception upon entry. Acted as if checking us in was an inconvenience. Not welcoming at all. Neglected to return passport after check in. Weird room setup - giant out-of-place fridge, that wasn’t even turned on taking up space. A SOWING NEEDLE WAS LAYING ON THE SHEET THAT WE DISCOVERED UPON LIFTING THE BED COVER. When we brought the needle down to reception and brought the incident to the attention of the male receptionist in the morning, he acted nonchalantly about it and simply showed it to another staff member but didn’t apologize or say a single word to us about it. Avoid this hotel.

Doesnt seem as good as it once was
I stayed here a few years before and liked it, but was disappointed this year. Especially with breakfast, which was terrible. No longer worth the money

The breakfast service wasn’t good. The attendance was slow. We finished our breakfast and we still don’t have the beverages. The front desk didn’t give the information property. The location was awesome.

Coming back! Excellent staff. Our stay was divine, the staff makes this modest hotel feel like home. The facilities are we’ll keep! Beds are comfortable and great room space.

Mal servicio para plataformas
El servicio del restaurante lo han desmejorado notablemente, en este año me he hospedado varias veces y cada vez es mas deficiente. Cuando elijo por esta plataforma, la asignación de habitación es bastante regular, aunque el hotel en términos generales esta en buen estado, las camas para pareja son muy pequeñas, miy diferentes cuando uno contrata o reserva directamente con el hotel.

The hotel is in a great location in the heart of midtown. It is an old historic hotel but kept in nice condition.

El trato no el mismo si se reserva por plataforma
El hotel es muy cómodo, limpio y agradable; pero sucede que cuando reservo por plataforma lo ubican en habitaciones en las que se escucha ruido y las camas son más pequeñas.
