"Originally our first room we had issues with the blinds not closing all the way down, had to move to another room, which was an inconvenience .the second room the sink faucet was broken, there was no hot water, we asked for towels there was no towels available. When asked about our room not being cleaned,we were told house keeping goes to clean your room every 3rd day.Overall horrible experience.we will definitely not staying there again."

"The water in the morning was too cold for a shower! I asked about it and they basically said, get your shower in the evening and you won't have that problem. One day I tried at 5am and the next I waited until 6am. i truly think a hotel should have a hot shower at 6am. Plus breakfast was supposed to be ready at 6 but wasn't ready until 6:30."

"What a fun place! The front desk, Mariah, was welcoming and very helpful. Clean rooms with a retro decor that was really charming. Great value and would stay here again. "

"I love everything about this resort. I was here for a conference . Food, staff, lobby, amenities, shuttle service is great! Room is very nice and quiet. Beds comfortable. Room could use a little TLC (scratched walls, shower head sporadic). Minor items and I would stay here again!"
