"Very dated. Hasn't been used recently. Smelled like mildew. The deck was deteriorated to the point of being unusable. There was a hottub but wasn't filled and clearly not used for a long time. The wood trim around the tub platform were rotted and missing. Turns out this was a timeshare rental."
