The room allocated is in an annex which is accessible through the main building. The two buildings are at different levels, so floor is uneven. Needs proper lighting.

Algemene indruk.
Na de verbouwing heeft het hotel wel een nieuw facelift gehad, maar zijn vergeten de interieur af te maken. Badkamer is nog gedateerd en als het zo blijft zal het totaal vernieuwd moeten worden. Verder zeer vriendelijk personeel en behulpzaam

A Wonderful Surprise
The place was wonderful. The people helpful and kind. The air conditioning so good you could freeze yourself out if you wanted to. Quite a surprise. Clean. The bed was great. The 2 restaurants were another surprise . Wonderful food and the prices were ridiculously low. I hope to get back to Puttaparti in 2021. There is no question I will be staying here again

We arrived for a 8 days stay with 5 family members in the group. We booked 3 rooms and was upgraded to executive rooms. We were unaware that the hotel was undergoing renovations when it was booked more than a month earlier through Expedia. Loads of dust and construction materials abound. Did not have hot water for 5 days during stay with daily power outages. However, all these were negated by the efficient front desk personnel’s namely ms barathi. She and her team ensured that all anomalies were managed with contingencies in place. All of our transportation and local visits needs were arranged flawlessly. The in house restaurants have a wide selection of dishes from local to many international choices. Very courteous and helpful restaurant staff and it was so good that we had all of our meals in the hotel as the restaurants around did not seem to offer the choices, quality and hygiene considerations.

They do their best!
For rural India this is a perfectly acceptable hotel but aspects of the rooms are grubby eg the doors, light switches and bathrooms need a good scrub. Reception did not tell us about the rooftop restaurant. We only discovered it at breakfast and had an excellent inexpensive dinner that evening. The staff are very helpful. The hotel is very well situated opposite the ashram.

Nice hotel
Staff not very helpful. When asked about temple timing said didn't know. Would not refund us when we checked out a day early due to flight changes. Or even compensate us for our breakfast that we missed out

This may be due to two new executives employed as trainees. Sorry for the inconvenience caused due to this. Regarding early check out, we we not in a position to cancel the rooms as you have booked online through Expedia and only you can do that. Breakfast is provided on complimentary basis. If you are leaving early to catch your early morning flights we would be happy to provide coffee and toast on complimentary basis. We look forward to your next visit to Puttaparthi and make sure to take care of you.

Excelente hotel!
Es una bendicion que haya un hotel de tan buen nivel cerca del Ashram, siempre me he quedado ahi y la comida es deliciosa, el trato es excepecional, las habitaciones muy limpias, el servicio de lavanderia excelente, de verdad el mejor hotel de Puttaparthi! El restautrante Vista Prasanthi, aparte de tener una vista increible del Ashram, la comida es deliciosa y el servicio es insuperable.

Bathrooms need to be improved. Showers do not work properly. You are forced to use the handheld shower or the bucket and jug.
