"In general the stay at the hotel was fine. We book a bedroom without window and the AC wasn’t working (I think they had some issues with that because it was a men trying to fix it - at least that was what the staff told me) so the room was like a sauna. The staff was really helpful and kind. Unfortunately the issue didn’t change and after a few hours we ask again to the staff about the AC. And we change the room, same thing was happening but we call to the receptionist and then she told us that the issue shouldn’t continue. At the end the AC wasn’t properly working I don’t know if it because there was no window in the room and/or if the issue was happening as the staff told us. It shouldn’t be needed calling the reception to to turn on the AC as they should be turn on by default. The shower towels were not “fluffy” as usual and there was no toilet brush in the bathroom.
The carpets in the corridor for the rooms really need a deep clean, as they were quite dirty.
They let us leave our luggage before the check in and after the check out."
