"Loved the wonderful service and family friendly care. Bed was comfy with snuggly comfy pillows and duvet.
Breakfast was well prepared on beautiful old fashioned crockery, so well looked after.
It was quaint and cute...had everythibg i needed.

"The property is in a small village. Pub next door , but otherwise its a peaceful , quiet area. Wells next to sea is about a 5min drive away.
My room was nice, it had a kettle, iron,Ironing board, bathroom was clean and shower hot. The beds were good and the room was clean. There is some parking on site. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was also good. I really enjoyed my stay here."
"Brilliant accommodation for anyone requiring one in the area. We stayed for wedding at a local venue and we couldn't fault it at all. Rooms were just what we needed and our hosts Sue and Clive couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful! Would definitely considering staying again if needed for the area again. Certainly plan to have dinner in the pub as well, very good value, very tasty and amazing portion sizes.
Would only note, the room we stayed in called 'Fakenham', only annoyance is Wi-Fi...

Staff all very friendly and we really liked the pool which could be reserved for exclusive use.

"Excellent location right in the town centre close to the quay. Couldn’t be better.
Lovely spacious room and super king size bed which was very comfortable.
Very clean room, tea, coffee, biscuits available. Good modern bathroom and good shower.
Self check in and check out was very efficient. Would rather have had some human contact but otherwise all excellent. 😊"
"Enjoyed our stay. Would be nice to park near to the pub, car park is in another field which is a short walk away it seemed safe enough though. Evening meal and breakfast both excellent, staff were very friendly and room was clean. Garden room has a bath only and as it’s in the eves, you can only crouch to have a shower, don’t stand up quick and hit your head like I did! The bed is also tucked under the eves on one side so again be aware when getting up in the night as it is very close to your...
