Our stay at this property was absolutely excellent. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the host was responsive and welcoming. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation rental experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Pensacola!

It was a beautiful condo. It was very clean and had all the items we needed that made it convenient. Beautiful beach! Awesome pool! Best vacation in my books so far! It's perfect for a family vacation. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We absolutely loved the cleanliness, convenience & comfort of this condo. The stunning view alone would have us booking it again. Perdido Key is a Florida treasure that I pray stays as beautiful, low-key and friendly as it is today.Such a relaxing place to visit. We’ll be back!

It said sleeps 6, but in reality it comfortably sleeps 4. 2 adults and 2 children. Its described as having a sofa bed that fits 2 additional people. It wasnt a pull out bed, its an extendable couch, where you still sleep on hard couch cushions and not at all big enough for 2 more grown adults. You could say sleeps 5 if you have a teen or small adult that doesnt mind sleeping on a hard couch. My husband had to sleep in the recliner. We had to unload the dishwasher when we got there and wash the extra blankets for the sofa as they were sour. The light switches needed to be wiped down. Ew. On the bright side, the kitchen was adequately stocked for cooking (other than the rusty knife), there were enough bath towels for a family of 6. There is a hair dryer in the half bath. The views of the ocean off the balcony were beautiful. Beach access wonderful. Swimming pool and hot tub was great. Parking situation was just ok. You are set if you only have 1 vehicle. If you have a second, you will most likely end up in over flow parking across the street. Bring your own laundry detergent and dishwasher pods (if staying more than 1 night as only 1 is provided for your required dishwasher load prior to departure). The stay for us was just ok, primarily due to the sleeping situation. If it was a pull out bed, it would have been better.

The parking spaces were frustratingly not logical at all. When numbers are involved, it is expected that the spaces be in numerical order not some random order. It is as tho they took all the numbers and threw them down the stairs and then numbered the spaces in that order!!! Makes no common sense!!
