Excellent staff, they let us check in early after a 10 hour drive which meant the world. It might not look it on the outside but the rooms are incredibly clean and comfortable, the residents are kind and friendly, and location is near lots of stuff. Will definitely stay here again!

Place was ok. Looks shady when u pull in but not bad at all. Room was very clean and spacious. There was what appeared to be long term residents but were friendly.

Good service/ scary environment

Very comfy in room. woke up to something I could only describe as a gunshot or firework going off right outside of my room around 8 am. was concerning. The lady at the front desk was very nice.

The first room we were assigned to there was some type of trash on the unmade bed. The bed didn’t have sheets on it. There was a bag of trash on the floor and the room smelled badly of cigarettes. After complaining, we were assigned another room. The room just felt dirty. It was not in a safe area. There were people loitering around the building. It appeared quite a few people lived in the rooms. Would definitely not stay here again!

The property was amazing. It’s beautifully done and super clean. There is a nice walking area around the property and it’s located 500 ft away from different stores/gas stations. The staff is super accommodating. Expedia over booked them so we didn’t even have n available room when we arrived. Catherine pulled some strings and moved some staff people around so there was room for us. After traveling over 15 hours to get here, nobody wants to hear that their lodging for 5 days doesn’t exist thanks to Expedia. we were and still are so grateful that she was able to come up with something for us. She’s a star employee. Most ppl would have said sorry we’re all booked but she didn’t. Everyone is nice here. The only down side is that you have to clean your own room and purchase your own toilet paper after u use the roll they initially give u. I’m definitely staying here again and would recommend it to others.

I did not like the roaches in the room, the dirty towels, dirty sheets, everything was just dirty. Shower had mold in it, curtain was moldy, the walls had grime/hair on them, it just overall felt really dirty.
