"Remodeled retro rooms, Friendly staff, Great location for downtown Pensacola, Coffee shop in lobby"

"This hotel was so unique. I would recommend staying here to anyone looking somewhere to stay other than a chain hotel. The restaurant downstairs was amazing as was the service. There’s even a speakeasy if you want to drink. Since there is no staff at night or a little sundry, I would recommend bringing some bottled water and maybe a snack for your room. It was also very quiet which I love! Would highly recommend this hotel. The only problem we had was it took 10 minutes for the water to warm up...

"Staff was friendly"

"The property was nice. The bed was not as plush as the Residence Inn in Baton Rouge and Dallas. The property is twice as expensive as Baton Rouge and Dallas and a pet fee was charged. I typically stay at Residence Inn because there has been no pet fee and the quality of beds have been plush and comfortable."

"Very clean wonderful staff."

"Great location lots of places to eat near by. Short drive to the beach. The breakfast had lots of great choices. Would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed during the hurricane and the staff was excellent."

"Staff wqa great"

"Rooms stink. Don t have blankets or pillows for couch beds."

"Clean and spacious room. Great location Lots of parking"

"Great customer service. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms were super clean. Room is equipped with full size fridge, stove/oven, microwave, coffee machine. Separate living room. Breakfast had a wide selection. No powdered eggs ☺️. Hotel has laundry onsite. Ample parking, no fee. Close to shopping, restaurants, highway. Air vondiyioner worked great. The only issue was the fridge was loud. I would definitely stay here again."

"Smaller pool, not such a good breakfast, expensive"
