"They were so awesome and getting me in last second during the storm. The shower did need maintenance but they let me use another rooms shower right away. Awesome quick stay."

"Well there was nothing memorable about our stay. Everything was just right. Friendly and accommodating staff, clean rooms, functioning heater, decent fitness center, breakfast perfectly adequate for me, and parking right in front. The sound travels a bit too well from the hallway to the room, but otherwise there's really nothing to report. "

"We stayed at the Holbrooke for a birthday/Valentines getaway weekend and were thoroughly impressed by the service and the amenities! The tasting menu special dinner course was phenomenal and one of the best meals we’ve ever experienced. The ambience of the hotel and the local area was so charming and unique. The only minor hiccup we had was the original room we were placed in was right next to a side exit door that slammed very loudly whenever someone entered or exited. Because of that, we slept very poorly the first night due to guests going in and out at all hours. When we asked the front desk the next morning if there was any possibility to change rooms, we were at first told the hotel was fully booked so they were unable to move us. We asked once more after dinner if there was anything they could do and that time we were told they actually did have another room, but it was an upgrade from our current room and we would have to pay the difference in price. We were admittedly a bit disappointed to have to pay to change rooms, especially after the front desk disclosed they hear the complaint about the slamming door fairly often from guests placed near it. But upon checking out, we were very pleasantly surprised to hear we would actually not be charged for the room change so we have zero complaints overall! We will definitely come back and stay at the Holbrooke again! Thank you for an amazing experience and the wonderful service!"
