"The hotel is vibrant and funky. The room was very small, but fine for what we needed as we weren't spending much time there other than to sleep. Beds only had one pillow each when we checked in, but the front desk sent up more promptly when we requested---the staff was very responsive and helpful overall. "

When booked I had free entry to pool however when I arrived policy changed to which I had to pay £15. When we went to use pool the front desk staff member (female with brown hair older woman) very rude, had stinking attitude and very much needs to improve customer service skills. The therapists were lovely and very welcoming. The other woman didn’t even say hello! "

"Good location,spacious ckean modern room. Helpful staff on check in. Unfortunately i stopped in room 111 house 1, the window wouldnt close securley. Large window was left open when i arrived in my designated room. I reported to the check in desk. No sleep from the outside noise and also fire alarm going off at 3am. "
