"The location was great close to the Marina so was very easy to join the delightful path to Mumbles The staff were polite and friendly The breakfast buffet was very good and the hot breakfast was cooked to order There was a good menu for gluten free guests as well! The lady at the reception was very kind to me and helped me when there was an issue with the booking as Expedia had not sent the booking through properly and she still managed to find me a room. "Only stayed one night but everything was spick and span as you’d expect. Staff were more than helpful even allowing me to check in slightly earlier than allowed. If was looking for downside would be the boarded up pub/ restaurant next door detracting from the hotel. Few weeds growing around the building if cleaned up would be more welcoming but still good value. Can’t comment on food as I ate out"
