"Love this hotel. The service is amazing, the amenities are beautiful and the room was so spacious and the bathroom was massive. They stocked the mini bar with various spirits to use to make cocktails for free and already had a nice big bucket of ice built in to the cabinet. The restaurants were delicious and the pool are is really pretty. The only issue was the rooftop bar was closed for a private wedding at the same time that they had a ticketed event for the beach club. That was pretty annoying considering the price you pay for a hotel like this in Bali. If it weren’t for that it would have been a perfect stay."

"We had a family room for 5. It was a bit tight but it worked for us. The large balcony provided extra living space and we made it work. We stayed 4 nights at the end of our 3 weeks in Bali. We just wanted a rest spoke where relaxing was the focus. My kids are 12 10 and 7 they enjoyed the pool slide and resort run pool side activities. We didn't use kids club. There were a lot of families and a lot of Aussie drinking. There is a small adults only section that was very quiet and good to relax away from all the noise of families but not to far away. Food options were good. We liked the Irish pub. We also had a photo shoot and were very happy with the photos. We walked to shopping centre and to the beach and along the waterfront."
