"Friendly staff who go beyond the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. Good spread for breakfast. No major issues for the hotel for me apart from the slow lifts. Otherwise good value for money and I would definitely stay again if I return to Pekanbaru. Great job!"

Somehow when we arrive at 9pm for check-in, we were told that our reservation was cancelled was cancelled by us at 5pm that day and was not given any explanation,we had no choice but to rebook over the counter at TRIPLE the price we original had to pay. "Non-smoking rooms reeked the smell of smoke when the AC is turned on. The cleanliness of bed and pillow sheets were also not up to standards. Good variety for breakfast. The WiFi was good."
