We had requested one large bed instead of two singles, but still ended up with two separate beds; fortunately, we were able to push them together. Breakfast was exactly what we expected from the pictures, with coffee available only as drip coffee from a thermos. Der var lidt varmt på hemsen på værelset, hvilket udfordrede os lidt om natten, men det gik okay. Alt andet var helt i top <3 Vi blev to nætter selvom vi kun havde planlagt en enkelt. "

"Super nettes Personal, viel Liebe zum Detail und einfach ein schönes Hotel. Alle haben sich Mega nett um uns gekümmert, das Frühstück war super lecker und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Betten gemütlich. Lediglich für die Dusche wäre eine Trennwand gut und ein paar Haare von den Gästen davor haben wir leider gefunden. Ansonsten alles top! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!"

"We like the owner, her friendly personality, our room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was in home atmosphere and style. There is a bus stop close by, Lidl to make a fast shopping and the property is located outside of the centre but still walkable distance from the main spots. The owner allowed us to keep our luggage in while we went swimming at the Aquaforum. I definitely recommend this facility for a stay in Františkovy Lazne "

The lady who welcomed us in the reception spoke English and German, one lady in the restaurant spoke German - but the others we met seemed to panic by the language challenge. Our room was huge, had a comfortable bed (but strange pillows) and a big balcony (sad view apart from the beautiful sunset).
