"A great location for visiting the coast which was quiet considering how close it was to a main road. A lovely clean room with all necessary features. The breakfast was good. I would stay there again."

"The rooms were upstairs from a skeavy pub. The pub was situated directly on a busy road. The room was hot and stuffy (no fan provided) so the window had to stay open. The traffic seemed to be roaring through my room. I had to beg for help carrying my bags up the stairs. English breakfast was offered but only with fried eggs (I can't digest fried food.). Coffee (no tea) was offered. I can't drink coffee. One of the worst places I stayed in the UK (& not cheap.)"

"Loved the location however bathroom very dated. Could not believe given how hot the weather has been it does not have a fridge hence waters provided became warm. Was told people complain about the noise however surely a fridge outway a slight noise."

"Very responsive and helpful communication. Canceled flights meant very late arrival and the directions that were given to get in were so clear and easy . Nice room with windows that open easily really clean. with a breakfast tray . But the location is so wonderful with coffee"

"Found 3 spiders crawling round Opposite are room a fire alarm kept on going off or something did mutiple times during the night and morning In the morning opened the door and asked what was happening staff didn’t know so that was helpful"

"Great location, and a good sized room. No air conditioning, and the fan provided wasn't that efficient. The wet room style of bathroom meant that shower water often pooled by the loo, (whose seat was a bit loose). I stayed for two nights and despite the notice that my room would be serviced from 10 am, when I got back to my room at 12.30 on my second day it had not been touched. I wanted to rest (given the heat) so my room wasnt serviced at all during my stay. The TV was tuned to some very...

"I loved it! The room was gorgeous, spacious and just right for my sister and I on my birthday eve. Breakfast was great and I am pleased. I didn’t realise it was above a pub but that wasn’t a problem. Free parking and 10mins drive to city centre. The AC in the room wasn’t functional but there was a back up fan that helped somewhat."
