"The 1 bedroom suite was very comfortable and clean. Minor issues were address by staff immediately and to our complete satisfaction. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable. The hot breakfast was good but was lacking the meat to accompany the scramble eggs ( no ham, bacon or sausage) and that I didn’t understand. Finally we enjoyed the use of the rooftop patio on a beautiful warm and sunny early evening which was great! Thank you to all your staff for the friendly and professional manner in which we were treated. We will definitely be back."

"Super friendly service, beautiful location, nice free breakfast with a great view in the morning. Bed was comfortable, no TV in the room and it was a little dated, but it was cozy and very well cleaned and maintained. No complaints. Would stay again."

"We found Nalu Retreat to be a true gem! The Dome was just like it appears in the photos. Everything was clean, clean, clean and tastefully done. As a former boutique hotel manager & chef I was impressed with the attention to detail. Comfortable leather sofa, extra throws, nature sounds, plenty of plugs, kitchen supplies, Robes, Turkish towels, goodies in the kitchenette, too many to mention. We were enthralled with the setting and enjoyed our time in the hot tub and the privacy surrounding us. We didn’t have the opportunity to use the fire pit but appreciated it being there of hope to get a chance next visit. We would love to go back and stay longer. The staff is responsive and friendly. Three things that might make for an even better stay. (1). The retreat sends you a video that you must watch to receive the WIFI instructions. I did not see that email until we were on Myra Road approaching the driveway and just then we lost cell service. (2.) You may lose cell service approaching the retreat. That made for a stressful hour or so…driving back in the opposite direction to find wifi/cell service to continue watching the video…then retrace our drive to find the dome. Maybe it could be sent to guests earlier? (3). The bed itself was not so great, a high end mattress would make a longer stay much more enjoyable and would fit well with all the other top notch amenities this lovely place has to offer. Book it! You will love it!"

"The room was beautifully decorated with a beach and ocean theme, and the fine details were clearly considered including a very well equipped kitchenette, soft robes and so much more. The view of the beach and ocean from the room and its location literally right out your door was the experience we were looking for; and the hike to the peak overlooking the ocean was a great perk. Jane is a wonderful, friendly, attentive host, and gave us all the privacy we like. The exterior of the property building needs some TLC and updating, and the indoor hottub was not in a setting we would choose personally. Otherwise it was a really beautiful experience!"
