"the staff were sweet and helpful and i dont speak chinese. it made me feel at home where i can be safe. i lost my key card and they replaced it without any hassle or fee. the cleaning lady was the sweetest ensuring i had new water every day. its very close to the convention centre and the value is amazing. i hope i can come back again to royal star apartments. 🍀🙏🍀"

"My mother and I just finished a seven day stay in this charming hotel. I was extremely sad to leave, the hotel staff could not have been more kind and welcoming during our stay and helpful as we planned excursions inside and outside the city. A twin bed room that was perfect for a business trip. The bathroom was spacious! One of the best things about this hotel though is the location.
