Staff excellent, we’ve only given a 3 star because the beds were so bad!! We only ate there once during our stay as it was very average and the choice poor. Luckily we only used it as a base. Also it should be called a Spa as it isn’t one

โรงแรมและสปา Macdonald Alveston Manor
The breakfast was very overpriced. The room was very attractive, historic and clean. The bed was comfortable. The family enjoyed the pool. Major complaint was that it was a hot day, the air conditioning wouldn't work and to make it worse, the heat wouldn't go off.

Roy the manager went over and above to help us during the check in process. Let us check in early as our room was ready. We were upgraded to a deluxe double room. We didnt stay due to a mrdical concen. The staff however very accommodating. Very professional and polite.

The cottage was very cosy and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was so comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean.
